Narcissistic personality disorder is a personality disorder. A narcissist has a mental condition that causes him or her to have an exaggerated sense of self-importance. These people desire an outrageous amount of attention and admiration. Not to mention, they lack empathy for other people. As a result, their relationships suffer. Although a narcissist comes off as strong and courageous, he or she lacks self-esteem and is vulnerable. Here are some other signs of a narcissist: They crave endless power and success They fantasize about perfect love and beauty They believe they are more special than others They have an entitlement attitude They envy others They believe others envy them They reek with pride They want all conversations to be about them They live for compliments They tear others down They lack empathy (cannot feel how others are feeling) They attack those they are in relationship with They gaslight and are manipulative They are always right, and They never apologize If you are a narcissist, pray this prayer. You may also pray for someone who is dealing with this. A narcissist cannot discern that he or she has this problem because of pride and spiritual blindness. Therefore, pray for God to open their eyes. Prayer Heavenly Father, I love You. You are King over all. I stand on Matthew 6:9-13 now. 9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. I put on Your whole armor, and I cover myself with the Blood of Jesus. LORD, I humble myself at Your Throne of Grace and Mercy. Forgive me and heal me. Restore my soul. Renew the right spirit within me. Repair my body. Teach me Your ways. Help me not to do anything out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility, help me to value others above yourselves (Philippians 2:3). Your Word states, "When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom" (Proverbs 11:2). I humble myself before You, Lord, and You will lift me up to live upright before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ (James 4:10). I bind all pride (leviathan) and infirmity with the Blood of Jesus Christ and cast them into the brimstone abyss. I release healing and humility on my life. I also bind pride, deception, confusion, and witchcraft with the Blood of Jesus Christ. I cast them into the brimstone abyss in Jesus' name. I set myself free and I walk in the Fruit of Your Holy Spirit. I use Your battle-ax and battering ram to pulverize all pride, jezebel-ahah-athaliah, leviathan, and witchcraft with the fiery Blood of Jesus Christ. I burn the plantation of WICKEDNESS with Holy Ghost fire. I burn to ashes the craving of endless power and success, demonic fantasies, deception, entitlement attitudes, envy, idolatry, selfishness, rebellion, disobedience, character assassination, gaslighting, manipulation, domination, intimidation, fear, lust, perversion, antichrist, depression, sabotage, and destruction. I BIND and cast them into the brimstone abyss in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I set the captives free with the Blood of Jesus Christ, the anointing, and the Word of God. I crucify my flesh, LORD. Humility is my portion. LORD, I DECREE AND DECLARE YOUR WORD THAT WILL BE FULFILLED. Romans 12:3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. Proverbs 22:4 The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life. Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom. Colossians 3:12 Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 1 Peter 5:5 Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you. James 4:6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Micah 6:8 He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Proverbs 15:33 The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom, and humility comes before honor. Proverbs 18:12 Before destruction a man's heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor. 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Send Your angels to help me, LORD. Heal my mind. Help me to treat people right. Help me to be like the Good Samaritan. Luke 10:27 is my Birthright. “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” I surrender to You, LORD, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Galatians 5:22-23 is fulfilled in my life. "22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law." I cover myself and this prayer with the omnipotent Blood of Jesus Christ, and I seal this prayer and myself with the eternal seal of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Emotional Intelligence #3Another area of emotional intelligence is (EI) self-control. You must stand at the gates, windows, and doors of your mind, so you can block all rotten thoughts. Wise and successful people know how to monitor, govern, and adjust their emotions. These people are like police officers in their souls, arresting all destructive thoughts and attitudes on repeat. Because these individuals practice controlling their thoughts, they do not have a bad habit of abusing themselves or others. They also know how to respond appropriately in tumultuous situations. In addition, those with a high EI are not impulsive or shackled by destruction habits. Furthermore, they do not lose control, screaming, complaining, and attacking others. Because these individuals have self-control, they are constantly striving to learn and grow. Every situation is a classroom for them with lessons to be learned. Do you sometimes lose control? Implement R.E.P.E.A.T. in your interactive journal. I need to RETHINK______. I need EASE______. I need PATIENCE______. I must ENDURE______. I must be AMIABLE_______. I need to be TEMPERATE_______. Emotional Intelligence #4Another area of emotional intelligence is (EI) motivation. Motivation is the process of initiating, continuing, or ending a particular behavior. It is the needs and desires that drive someone.
Motivation is the “gas” you need to achieve your goals. Motivation could be extrinsic. This motivation is external and is produced by rewards like trophies, social recognition, money, among other things. On the other hand, motivation could be intrinsic, which is internal. This means it is created because of a person’s personal gratification. These people do not have to receive external rewards to complete their goals. Everyone faces difficulties when they strive to fulfill their dreams. They then have a choice. Maintain motivation and persist toward their goals in the face of obstacles or give up and abandon one’s goals. Those who are emotionally intelligent will strengthen their motivation muscles by never giving up, being persistent, and being aggressive. These individuals focus on goals that are significant to them. They are patient and consistent. These people chunk their goals and complete them one part at a time. They strengthen their faith and confidence. These folks use their previous successes to breathe life into their current motivation. They also continuously improve areas of weakness in their lives to feel more assured. Those who are motivated perform better, for they have high standards. If you are emotionally intelligent, you have goals and aim to achieve them daily. You are also excited to fulfill your goals and finish your work on time. Those who lack emotional intelligence, procrastinate, lose focus, and are easily distracted by nonsense. Continue to be optimistic. Face your reality, learn from them, and make wise decisions. Implement M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E. in your interactive journal. I need to MATURE______. I need to expect OPULENCE______. I need TENACITY______. I must INITIATE my goals______. I must walk in VICTORY_______. I need my faith ACTIVATED_______. I need TURNAROUND _______. I must ESTABLISH my goals by _______. Continue to mature emotionally and spiritually. Take control of your emotions, but never let them control you. Join the winning circle at earringcircle.com

Emotional Intelligence #2One area of emotional intelligence (EI) is self-awareness. Knowing who you are is vital. This includes being aware of your strengths, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes. You must be able to confidently and accurately convey who you are without ripping yourself to pieces.
People with high EI value their morals and keep their thoughts tidily and orderly. Those who have a healthy EI do not seek to please others, for they are diligently focusing and pursuing their purpose. They daily work on sharpening their tools, which include themselves, their gifts, and others. These people use constructive criticism to improve themselves and make zero excuses. When they find themselves becoming flooded with emotions (fear, frustration, rage, negativities, etc.), these individuals with a high IE know when to B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Believe Rest Evolve Anchor Timeout Happiness Endure These mature people study their emotions, consistently excavating to the roots in order to discover solutions. They are aware of their shortcomings, work on them, or hire those who possess those strengths. They use leverage to advance and elevate to higher levels on repeat. That is why I have written many journals because journaling is a mirror that helps us to confront the who, what, when, where, why, and how. Who caused me to _____? What is ____? When will I ____? Where did this all ____? Why am I _____? How will I______? What is my emotion now? Happiness (smiling, positive, kind, etc.) Sadness (withdrawal, depressed, gloomy, etc.) Anxious (fearful, insecure, disappointed, etc.) Anger (enraged, frustrated, bitter, etc.) Disgust (displeased, uncomfortable, sick, etc.) Shocked (surprised, excited, elated, etc.) Continue to monitor your emotions. Take control of them, but never let them control you. Next post: Emotional Intelligence #3

Emotional Intelligence #1Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to observe, recognize, comprehend, and control your emotions.
People with a low EI have not learned to tap into their emotions to understand their feelings. They are also oblivious to what their feelings mean. Therefore, they cannot interpret them properly. If you want to be successful, you must maintain a high EI. This will help you to understand others. Do you know how to notice emotions, analyze them, understand them, and control them? If you answered yes to all of those questions, you have a high EI. Keep reading to find out why you need self-awareness. |
